Change to SCEIS Open Encumbrance Reports September 03, 2009Return to Index

The selection options for the following two Open Encumbrance Reports have been changed, so that you will not need to enter the beginning period 000. This change is effective on 09/02/2009, for the following two reports:

Open Encumbrance Report (ZFI_ZPU_O30_Q0002)
Open Encumbrance Report - by Function Area, Fund, Cost Center (ZFI_ZPU_O30_Q0003)

Previously, the reports required a Period/Fiscal Year range where Period 000 always had to be selected to pick up the carry forward amounts. (e.g., 000/2009 – 012/2009)

Now, Fiscal Year and Ending Period selection options have been added to replace the Period/Fiscal Year (see screenshot below). With the new options, the Beginning Period will default to period 000 and will not need to be entered on the selection screen.
