new group for Live Users
has been organized under the leadership of Danny Edens. Live
Users' needs and interests are very different from those of
Future Users, and the SCEIS User Groups have expanded to address

The SCEIS User Group was
organized to promote the adoption and effective use of SCEIS among
stakeholders. Members represent every South Carolina state agency
impacted by the SCEIS project.
Currently, several hundred User Group members –
both "live users" and "future users"
–
regularly share information about SCEIS.
In addition, User Group members collaborate closely with the SCEIS Project
Team, helping to assure that the SCEIS system best meets the needs
of the State of South Carolina.
