Live
demonstration of SCEIS system
Follow along as
Susan Stenstrom and
Danny Edens present the life cycle of a series of
business transactions, from purchase
request and online purchase through funds encumbrance
and accounts payable to payment. The demonstration will
use both prepared and live transactions.
While the emphasis will be
on Finance transactions, Future Users in other
functional areas may also be
interested in this live view of the system's operation.

Danny Edens was with the Department
of Mental Health when the agency piloted the first SCEIS
installation. He joined the SCEIS Project Team to help
begin its development work for the statewide
implementation, and currently is the Director of Finance
for the Department of Insurance, one of 17 agencies that
are live with the SCEIS Finance and Materials Management
modules.
Susan Stenstrom is with the
Comptroller General's Office, and has been a "live" user
since the first rollout, in November 2007. |
