From I-26:

  • Come STRAIGHT into town. That'll put you on Elmwood Avenue.
  • Follow Elmwood to its dead end at Bull Street. Turn LEFT onto Bull Street.
  • Turn RIGHT at the last traffic light, onto Harden Street Extension.
  • Across from Palmetto Richland Hospital, turn RIGHT into the campus of the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs.

From I-277:

  • Follow I-277 STRAIGHT into town.
  • Turn LEFT at the first traffic light, onto Harden Street Extension.
  • Across from Palmetto Richland Hospital, turn RIGHT into the campus of the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs.

Parking is not reserved (except for Handicapped).
