whenever you have a question about the live SCEIS system.
For some questions, the SCEIS Help Desk can give you an
immediate resolution. For most questions, the SCEIS Help Desk will contact a
functional expert to provide you with the most authoritative information.
Ask the SCEIS Help Desk -- and help
everyone
You may feel it's easier to call a SCEIS Agency Advocate
or Project Team member directly. However, issues must be logged into the
SCEIS Help Desk database to build the ongoing support system. The SCEIS Help
Desk catalogs every call and email, compiling a record of the end-users'
issues and requests for enhancements, as well as the answers or corrections
provided.
Help requests that are not managed by the SCEIS Help Desk
do not contribute to the knowledge base being built to better serve you as
customers. You may get an answer, but the answer will not be available to
the next end-user with the same question.
