As your agency begins to prepare for Go Live,
you will be assigned an "Agency Advocate," a member of the SCEIS Project Team who
will be your main point of contact with the Team.
Each Advocate is a Certified Project Manager with experience guiding agency implementations
and with broad knowledge of the SCEIS system. She will work directly with
you to guide and support your agency's transition. She'll help you plan your agency-level preparation and coordinate your
agency's efforts with the Project Team's work.
