For each workshop,
the SCEIS HR/Payroll Project Team has requested the expertise of agencies
with specific knowledge relevant to the particular workshop's focus. When
your agency is requested to participate in a workshop, we will ask you to
identify the one individual who is most knowledgeable about your
agency's processes, and who is best suited to validate current and future
business needs within the workshop's focus area. To help you select that
individual, the Workshops' focus topics are explained below.
Workshops are being
scheduled throughout July and August, and may require up to two
days of the participants' time. To assist you in preparing for these
workshops, some workshop presentations may be
available online. In addition, your own questionnaire responses will be
returned to you in a printable format, and they will be available to you
during the workshops.
