Agency Advocates

Each agency has an Agency Advocate who serves as its primary point of contact with SCEIS. The Agency Advocate guides the Agency Support Team Lead (AST) in planning and carrying out agency-level tasks. He or she also provides a monthly Readiness Report to the AST Lead and AST Sponsor regarding meeting attendance, progress their agency has made toward providing data requests for the previous month and other helpful information. The Readiness Report helps everyone stay abreast of the status of work that is required for a successful implementation.
